Once we’ve clarified your individualized path to greatness, we move on to Step 2:

Building Your Foundation

The key to hitting further and playing pain-free starts with building a strong foundation of strength and mobility.

In this phase, we'll focus on addressing any specific limitations, injuries, or concerns, while enhancing your overall strength and mobility. Together, we'll select exercises tailored to your abilities, equipment, and experience—ensuring you get real, measurable results.

With unlimited access to Dr. JP and weekly check-ins, we’ll keep you on track and accountable. We know your schedule is busy, but staying consistent every week is essential to achieving your goals.

Once we see progress in these areas, we’ll move on to Step 3.

Step 3

More Distance, Less Pain.

You’ve built a solid foundation of strength and mobility, and we’ve tackled any aches, pains, or limitations. Now, with personalized protocols and my guidance, you’re set to play as much golf as you want, outdrive your friends, and dominate your rounds.

We’ll introduce a focus on speed and power while continuing to enhance your strength and mobility, all while addressing any lingering concerns.

With unlimited adjustments and modifications, your body will transform and progress. There may be times when we need to slow down, but we’ll always stay in tune with how your body is responding, ensuring we push you forward at the right pace.

TIMELINE

Week 1:

You will get a complete understanding of your limitations as well as an individualized plan to get you started on the path to success with a 1-on-1 call with JP.

(Regardless of what you’ve been told before).

No more fake promises or b.s. exercises that don't move the needle

Within 1 week we’ll know what you need to work on and come up with a clear plan to reach your goals.

Week 2-6:

With the problem front and center we start our plan of action starting to build strength and mobility and fine tuning the program making sure that it fits your needs

Within 4-6 weeks you can expect to start:

Week 12+:

From here the sky is the limit. Should you choose to continue we will continue to progress and modify your program based on your feedback, current goals and any new or different goals you may come up with.

FAQ

What Equipment Will I Need?

Dr. Guidry will build the workout program around the resources that you have! This program can be successful whether or not you work out from home, at the gym, or anywhere else!

How Many Days of the Week Will I Need to Commit To.

While Dr. Guidry will suggest a minimum of 2x a week for at least 45 minutes, most of our clients will spend closer to 3-4 workouts per week around 60 minutes each to experience optimal results.

What If I Am Already Having Aches and Pains, Can I Still Participate?

Dr. Guidry will guide you to not only resolving your current aches or pains, but also ensuring that we solve the pain for good.

His goal will be to help you get back out on the golf course to play as much as you'd like, without worrying that your pain or older injury will come back!
